Sleep... the exlixir of life
Getting a good night’s sleep…something we all need to prioritise for our health & wellbeing, but especially if we’re going through, (what can be), a turbulent hormonal transition – the Menopause.
When we hit those zzzs there’s a lot going on - a multitude of restorative processes…tissue growth & repair, brain recovery & rest, memory consolidation… an endless list.

Employers... how we can help you get ahead with your Menopause Action Plan, before it becomes mandatory in 2027
From April 2026 large employers should voluntarily publish an Equality (or Menopause) Action Plan; by 2027 this becomes mandatory. The plan must cover menopause support (alongside gender pay gap action). To help with that we can now offer companies and organisations, large or small, the opportunity to subscribe to the Digital Version of Menopause Matters and enable their employees/members access to the online magazine.
Email us for further information and pricing using the link below. Providing an indication of how many employees/members you would like to have access would be most helpful.
